Sellify AI Feature Update: Funnel Analytics, Lead Recovery, and Referral Rewards

In our latest product release, we’ve launched powerful tools to give your sales team sharper insights, tighter follow-up workflows, and even the chance to earn extra cash by spreading the word.

This article walks you through our newest features and how to use them effectively.


1. Sales Opportunities Tab: Follow Up Smarter, Not Harder

Ever wonder how many deals slip through the cracks—not because of customer disinterest, but because of small technical issues or timing delays?

That’s what the Sales Opportunities Tab is built to solve.

What It Does:

  • Surfaces unclosed sales that didn’t complete the AI’s closing flow

  • Includes opportunities like signed agreements with no payment, or customers who confirmed interest but weren’t fully scheduled

  • Personalized per user and branch, so you only see what matters to you

  • Displays a helpful popup reminder (once every 24 hours) to review your list

How to Use It:

  1. Go to the left-hand side menu and click:
    Sales → Opportunities

  2. Review the list of pending deals

  3. Click into each one to view conversation history

  4. Take manual action (e.g., call the lead, update CRM, close sale)

  5. Once you act, that opportunity disappears from your queue

This feature ensures your team never misses a hot lead that’s just one follow-up away from closing.


2. New Funnel-Based Analytics View (v2)

We’ve redesigned the Analytics tab with a more visual, funnel-style layout that makes it easier to pinpoint bottlenecks and understand campaign performance.

What’s New:

  • Funnel View: Visualize how leads move through each stage.

  • Stage Filtering: Use the three-dot menu expand on the definition of each stage

  • Filtering Capabilities: All campaign data from 2025 onward is already reflected in this new version. Use date ranges and campaign selectors to fine tune the information shown.

  • Legacy View: Still available for one more month—just in case you prefer the original style.

3. Debt Collections Discontinued

While debt collections were a useful tool for a few users, they didn’t drive broad results across our platform. That’s why we’ve officially retired the debt collections campaign option in Sellify AI.

What You Need to Know:

  • Campaigns using this feature will no longer be supported.

  • Your Account Executive can help you build an alternative approach—such as using custom events or tags to flag past-due customers.

This change allows us to focus engineering and support on features that offer greater return for our client base.


4. Earn Rewards with the Sellify AI Referral Program

Happy with Sellify AI? You can now earn real cash for sharing it with others.

How It Works:
