What’s New in Sellify AI 5.8.25?

We’re excited to announce a series of powerful updates designed to streamline event management, enhance CRM testing accuracy, and provide more comprehensive sales tracking. These new features will help you maintain consistency across campaigns, accurately assess CRM data, and effectively manage unclosed deals.

1. Campaign Event Management: Centralized and Consistent

Sellify AI now offers centralized event management, allowing you to maintain consistent messaging across multiple templates.

  • Master Events & Templates: Create and update events once, then apply them to multiple templates. This ensures all messaging remains consistent and aligned with your campaign goals.

  • Custom Events: Add AI-validated custom events managed by Account Executives and Certified Admins. These custom events can be tailored to your unique sales workflows.

  • Trigger Management: Select specific events to activate within a campaign for more targeted and relevant workflows.


2. Enhanced CRM Testing: Real-World Accuracy

Accurate testing is essential for effective campaign execution. With this update, Sellify AI’s CRM testing capabilities have been significantly upgraded:

  • CRM ID Support: Test campaigns now leverage existing CRM data, preventing duplicate records and ensuring testing accuracy.

  • Test Modes: Choose from two testing modes to reflect real campaign conditions:

    • New Record Mode: Simulate new customer interactions.

    • Update CRM Record Mode: Test follow-ups or upsells using existing CRM data.


3. Sales Opportunity Dashboard: Manage Unclosed Deals

Track unclosed deals and take immediate action with the new Sales Opportunity Dashboard.

  • Opportunities Tab: Monitor sales that didn’t complete the closing flow, such as agreements signed but payment not updated.

  • Live Follow-Up: Take over conversations directly from the Opportunities tab to close sales and resolve pending agreements.


4. New Commission Structure

We’re implementing a new commission structure to align more closely with actual sales outcomes:

  • Ready for Closing Sales: No commission will be charged if the closing flow is incomplete.

  • Full Commission: Applied only when the closing flow is completed, with or without internal team support.

  • New Verification Flow: During campaign setup, you can now select an option to verify if the initial service is completed before commission is applied.


5. Campaign Approval and Auto-Launch

Approved campaigns will now automatically launch within 48 hours, removing the need for manual activation.

  • Email Notifications: You will receive an email notification when a campaign is set to go live.

  • Pro Tip: Adjust start dates during setup to prevent premature launches and align with optimal engagement windows.
