    • The system will prioritize RouteOP scheduling when enabled but will automatically switch to the custom algorithm if RouteOP is unavailable.

    • This ensures your scheduling flow remains seamless without requiring manual intervention.


2. More Realistic CRM Testing for Campaigns

Sellify AI now offers enhanced testing capabilities that more accurately mirror live campaign performance.

  • CRM ID Support for Test Campaigns:

    • When running a test campaign, you can now provide a CRM ID to pull real customer data, such as addresses and contact information.

    • This ensures that test messages are formatted just like live campaigns, preventing discrepancies.

  • Flexible Testing Options:

    • New Record Mode: Simulate a new customer interaction without affecting existing CRM data.

    • Update CRM Record Mode: Update existing CRM records during testing to mirror real customer journeys like winbacks or upsells.


3. New Backup Payment Method Option

Billing just became more reliable with the new backup payment method feature.

  • Enhanced Billing Security:

    • You can now add a backup payment method to your Sellify AI account.

    • If the primary payment method fails, the system will automatically attempt to charge the backup, reducing service interruptions.
