Description:
Need to adjust your Sellify AI conversation flows after going live? Learn how to edit flows safely and improve your customer interactions.

When Should You Update a Conversation Flow?

  • After customer feedback reveals confusion or drop-offs.

  • To add new offers, services, or promotions.

  • To improve message clarity or conversion rates.

How to Edit a Conversation Flow

  1. Access the Campaign Lists
Log into your Sellify AI account, and go to Campaign Lists > Click on active campaign.

  2. Edit the Existing Campaign (Actions>Edit, Right Corner)
Edit the existing campaign and change relevant information. This allows safe revisions without affecting current conversations.

  3. Save changes
New conversations will now have updated information and current conversations that have not yet revealed this information will be updated in real time as well.

Best Practices

  • Keep conversation steps simple and action-driven.

  • Include clear next steps or calls to action at every branch.

  • Regularly review performance to optimize flows over time.
